Full Retainer

• Ideal for: Organisations seeking ongoing grant writing support throughout the year.

• Benefits: Consistent support, dedicated account manager, and up to four grant applications per month.

• Cost: £2,500 per month.

 

Seasonal Retainer

• Ideal for: Organisations applying for grants during specific months or seasons.

• Benefits: Tailored support and up to four grant applications per month.

• Cost: £3,000 per month.

Ad-Hoc Services

• Ideal for: Organisations with one-off grant application needs.

• Benefits: Flexible pricing based on grant size.

• Cost: 1% of the budget cost.  

• Note: Grant searches are not included. Extra support required is charged at the hourly rate. The minimum budget is £50,000.

Additional Services

• Post-Funding Support: Progress reporting, monitoring, and evaluation at £80 per hour.

• AI Grant Writing Training: Customised workshops for teams of up to 10 participants.

  • Half-day workshop (3 hours): £800 (or £150 per person)

  • Full-day workshop (6 hours): £1,400 (or £320 per person)
